The Office for Elementary School Catechesis and Faith Formation serves the Diocese of Pittsburgh in the following ways:

  • Offering Support to Catholic Schools and Parishes in Catholic Identity, Faith Formation, Catholic Vision of Love, and Elementary Catechesis
  • Reviewing and Updating Curriculum Requirements and Approved Texts
  • Serving as a Resource for Catholic School teachers in completion of their Provisional and Advanced Certification
