Frederick P. O'Brien is Chief Financial Officer for the Diocese of Pittsburgh. He joined the Diocese in 2002 after a more than three decade career with Armco Inc. His most recent position at the firm was as Director of Business Development and Investor Relations since 1997. He holds a B.S. degree in business economics from Northeastern University and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Cincinnati.
