Spring Musical
Fifth- through eighth-grade students from St. Valentine School in Bethel Park will perform the musical “St. Val’s Gives Back” on Thursday, May 15, at 1 and 7 p.m. Admission is free.

May Mart
St. Bernard Parish in Mount Lebanon will host May Mart from 6:30-9:30 p.m. Thursday, May 15, 6-10 p.m. on Friday, May 16, and 11 a.m.-6 p.m. on Saturday, May 17, in the parking lot behind the school. Highlights include bingo on Thursday, Guitar Hero competition on Friday and International Day on Saturday.

Magnificat Breakfast
Magnificat, a ministry to Catholic women, will host a breakfast on Saturday, May 17, from 9 a.m.-noon at the Holiday Inn in Green Tree. Featured speaker is spiritual director Jan Tate. Cost is $18. To register, call 412-461-8906 or 724-772-6749.

Crops for a Cause
St. Bernadette Parish in Monroeville is hosting monthly “Crops for a Cause” from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. on Saturdays, May 17, June 21, July 12 and Aug. 9. Cost is $20, and includes seven hours of scrapbooking time on spacious tables, lunch, refreshments, door prizes and access to Creative Memories consultants. 40th Anniversary Celebration
Father Peter Paul Murphy will celebrate the 40th anniversary of his priestly ordination with a Mass at 12:15 p.m. on Sunday, May 18 at St. Alphonsus Parish in Wexford.

Loss of Loved One
Capuchin Father Scott Seethaler will present “Dealing with the Grief of Losing a Loved One” at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 21, at St. Joseph Parish in Cabot. The program will include spiritual guidance, prayer and reflection for anyone who has lost a spouse, child, parent, sibling or friend. No registration required. Pro-Life Day
St. Anthony Parish in Monongahela will host a Pro-Life Day led by Benedictine Father Mark Gruber on Saturday, May 24, from 2:30-6 p.m. The program will include a conference, adoration, Benediction, rosary, Mass and refreshments. For information, call 724-258-9710.

Golf Outings
• Holy Rosary Parish in Muse will conduct an 18-hole best-ball golf invitational on Sunday, June 1, at Lindenwood Golf Club in McMurray beginning with a shotgun start at 1 p.m. The cost is $99, and includes green fees, cart, refreshments and dinner. • Mount Gallitzin Academy will host a golf outing “play a round for the kids” on Friday, June 6, at Beaver Valley Golf Club in Patterson Township, beginning at 11:30 a.m. Cost is $125, and includes skill awards, prizes, refreshments and dinner. To register, call 724-869-6540 by May 16.

Bible Study
St. Frances Cabrini Parish in Center Township will hold an eight-week summer Bible study at 7 p.m. on Wednesdays, June 11, through July 30. The course will follow Jeff Cavins’ video workshop “Quick Journey Through the Bible,” and will introduce 14 narrative books of the Bible and 12 time periods. The course will be taught in small groups gathered in homes. To register, call 724-775-6363.

Volunteers Needed
Blind and Vision Rehabilitation Services of Pittsburgh is in need of volunteers to drive blind and vision-impaired clients to doctors’ offices, the airport and more. Escorts for leisure group activities, such as bowling, shopping, movies and more are also needed. Those interested should call 412-368-4400.
