Father Guay served for 12 years as pastor of Our Lady of Peace Parish, Conway.  Father Guay is in residence as chaplain to the Sisters of the Holy Spirit in Ross Township. Ordained by Bishop Vincent Leonard on May 5, 1973, the Pittsburgh native attended St. Gabriel School and St. Meinrad High School, College and Seminary in Indiana. His first appointment was as parochial vicar at St. Mary of the Assumption in Glenshaw. He served from 1986 to 1991 as director of the Department for Clergy Personnel and was secretary of the Secretariat for Clergy and Pastoral Life from 1991 to 1996. He had a two-year term on the National Association of Church Personnel Administrators Board of Directors as well as the U.S. Bishops' Committee on Priestly Life and Ministry.
