Christ the Divine Shepherd Parish, Monroeville/Penn Hills Part- Time Janitorial / Maintenance Worker Hours: 20 hours (Week days, with possible additional weekend work) Christ the Divine Shepherd Parish in Monroeville and Penn Hills is seeking a part-time janitorial and custodial worker to join our maintenance team. The responsibilities of the position will consist of (but is not be limited to) performing maintenance and light janitorial duties in our facilities and property at the direction of the Maintenance Coordinator. Travel between locations of the two Church sites of the parish are necessary. The successful candidate will have a High School / Trade School diploma or equivalent, with additional training in building trades and general maintenance. Required clearances include Diocese of Pittsburgh Safe Environment Application, Protecting God’s Children Workshop, PA Child Abuse History Clearance, FBI fingerprinting, Mandated Reporter Training. St. Benedict The Moor School (Hill District) will be closed for in-person instruction while repairs are being made to the school’s heating system. The building will be without heat while the work is being done, and with the anticipated cold temperatures, it was decided to transition to virtual learning.
