Pittsburgh Mercy seeks an entry-level communications assistant to join our small, but mighty team. The person chosen for this entry-level, in-person position will co-report to Linda Ross and Marisol Valentin, executive director of McAuley Ministries Foundation, Pittsburgh Mercy’s grantmaking foundation. The communications assistant’s time will be shared between communications-related work for Pittsburgh Mercy and Bethlehem Haven (which is part of our family of care) and administrative assistant work in support of McAuley Ministries.

Office Manager, Mary Queen of Peace Parish, Pittsburgh SUMMARY OF JOB: Under the direction of the business manager or the pastor, responsible for managing the office operation, and management of volunteer staff for all ministries. Responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties in support of the office staff, including filing, data entry and other office duties as assigned.

The Janitorial Staff position is responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness, and minor repair of SRCES St. James School’s facilities and grounds. These positions require a variety of facility and equipment maintenance duties. Performs custodial duties including, but not limited to, cleaning services (e.g. trash removal, mopping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, etc.) in the school building according to a weekly schedule and other duties as assigned.
