Out of an abundance of caution, all students at Holy Family Catholic School (Plum) will participate in remote learning today through Friday, May 7, 2021. Administrators were notified that a few staff members have been exposed to or are showing symptoms of COVID-19.
The school continues to follow local, state, and federal COVID guidelines including mask-wearing and social distancing. The school will be cleaned and sanitized this week.
School families were notified of the situation and will be updated as needed through regular channels of communication.
“Due to a few of our Holy Family Catholic school staff members being exposed to COVID-19, we are unable to adequately fill instructional positions to make in-person learning possible,” said Beau Quattrone, principal. “Looking out for the safety and well-being of our students and faculty, we decided that we will teach the rest of this week virtually. We will return to in-person learning on Monday, May 10.”
