Bishop Zubik announces the following clergy appointments:
 
PAROCHIAL VICAR
 
The Reverend Adam C. Potter from Parochial Vicar of Saint Paul Cathedral, Oakland, and Chaplain (part-time) to the students and staff at Oakland Catholic High School, to Parochial Vicar with residence at Saint Teresa of Kolkata Parish, Beechview/Brookline, effective August 1, 2020.
 
 
CHAPLAIN
 
The Reverend Michael R. Ackerman to Chaplain (part-time) to the students and staff of Oakland Catholic High School, effective August 1, 2020.  Father Ackerman maintains his responsibilities as Director of the Office for Priestly Vocations, Chaplain to the Serra Club of Pittsburgh, Chaplain for Scouting, and Chaplain (part-time) to the students and staff at Central Catholic High School, with continued residence at Saint Paul Cathedral, Oakland. 
 
 
RETIRED PRIEST WITH ASSIGNMENT
 
In accordance with the provisions of the Priest Personnel Policy, and at his request, the Reverend Dale E. DeNinno has been granted permission to retire from his assignment as Administrator of the parishes of Saint Joseph, O’Hara Township; Saint Juan Diego, Sharpsburg; Saint Pio of Pietrelcina, Blawnox/Harmar; and Saint Scholastica, Aspinwall, effective August 1, 2020.  At the same time, Father DeNinno is reassigned Administrator of the parishes of Saint Joseph, O’Hara Township; Saint Juan Diego, Sharpsburg; Saint Pio of Pietrelcina, Blawnox/Harmar; and Saint Scholastica, Aspinwall
