Part-Time Preschool/Lunch Aide

Description: 

The aide is responsible for the well-being and safety of the children in the classroom, at
lunch, and during recess. Will be responsible for enforcing appropriate procedures with the children set forth by the principal and teachers. Should be creative, friendly, and energetic for the
children.

Duties:

• Assist children in following procedures and safety rules in the classrooms, the cafeteria, and during recess.
• Supervise play, Restroom breaks, and classroom activities.
• Enforce all school behavior policies and expectations.
• Tidy and clean up after the children.
• Possible other duties to be assigned by the school principal and teacher.

Qualifications:

• 21 years of age
• Completed safe environment training and background check
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid PA Driver's License

Job Requirements:

• Friendly, energetic, and nurturing personality
• Ability to work with children ages 3 and up
• Ability to communicate with co-workers and parents
