All people in their 20s and 30s are invited to SENT, a gathering for young adults featuring live music, free food and drinks, prayer, a dynamic talk, and time to network with other young adults on Friday April 27 from 6:30-8:30 PM in the Cardinals Great Hall at Saint Paul Seminary. Leah Libresco, freelance writer, speaker, New Yorker, and former atheist-turned-Catholic, will be speaking on Building the Benedict Option: Habits of Hospitality and Prayer.
Then, the unthinkable happened. Thick, hot tears began to dribble down my six-year-old cheeks. I remember burying my face in my crossed arms on my desk, unable to stop the small streams from streaking down my face, all the while praying that none of my classmates noticed.
The Pre-K–8 education programs at North American Martyrs School and Saint Bernadette School, both in Monroeville, and the Pre-K–8 education programs at Assumption School in Bellevue and Northside Catholic School in Brighton Heights will merge effective for the 2018-2019 school year. The Pre-K–8 education program at Saint Rosalia Academy in Greenfield will close at the end of this school year.
