Senior Staff Accountant – Financial Services Applications are now being accepted for the position of Senior Staff Accountant in the Department for Financial Services in the Diocese of Pittsburgh.  This is a full-time position located at the Diocese of Pittsburgh Pastoral Center (Green Tree area). This position is responsible for financial matters in areas of the Diocesan Insurance Fund including cash receipts, cash disbursements, journal entries for all offices and programs within the Insurance Fund.

Regional Coordinator - Security Supervisor (Two Openings) Applications are now being accepted for two (2) openings of the position of Regional Coordinator – Security Supervisor in the Department of Facilities Management and Maintenance of the Diocese of Pittsburgh.  The Regional Coordinator – Security Supervisor position, under the direction of the Diocesan Safety and Security Director and working with the Regional School Superintendent, is responsible for performing various duties, including supervising a staff of School Security Personnel, policy guidance, conducting site safety assessments, creating school emergency response plans and other safety/security-related duties.  This full-time position is located at the Regional Catholic Schools within the Diocese of Pittsburgh.

Day Porter position at Oakland Catholic High School: We are seeking an energetic and reliable day porter to perform day-to-day cleaning for our all-girls Catholic high school. Overall duties will include cleaning and restocking bathrooms; maintaining hallways, classrooms, and outside grounds; assisting with minor maintenance tasks and event set-up; and responding to all cleaning emergencies. The successful candidate will be highly organized, dedicated, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously. You will work with the maintenance supervisor to create an effective cleaning schedule, which will include your day-to-day routines and work timetable. Hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-2:00pm.
