The Institute for Pastoral Leadership serves the formation of leaders for The Church Alive! in the Diocese of Pittsburgh. Through our Leadership Development and Evangelization formation programs for Lay Ecclesial Ministers and emerging leaders, we form Catholics across all four dimensions of formation – intellectual, human, spiritual, and pastoral – to be leaders with the heart of Christ.
Promulgated on April 26, 2018, the Manual for Lay Ecclesial Ministry is your guide to the Institute for Pastoral Leadership and a new vision for ministry in the Diocese of Pittsburgh.
